CAMSHAFT MEASURING MACHINE FEATURES UPDATED CPU AND UTILITIES
An end-of-line 100% camshaft inspection gage that can measure 200 parts per hour and features several new electronics and utilities upgrades is being introduced by ADCOLE Corporation of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
The ADCOLE 1310 High-Speed Camshaft Gage provides robot-fed 100% camshaft inspection by measuring 10 or more parameters with 0.1 micron resolution per data point, or 3,600 data points per revolution. Featuring a new CPU and Windows7® based software, utility upgrades include advanced chatter analysis options, parameter warnings for programmable reports, updated
qs-Stat quality options, and a USB port with software to support popular customer networking requirements.
Incorporating an automatic programmable headstock with 100 mm travel and a programmable tailstock for rapid changeovers, the ADCOLE 1310 High-Speed Camshaft Gage measurement parameters include radius, profile, taper, crown, timing angle, diameter, velocity, acceleration, run-out, roundness, and concentricity. This gage also features 19 mm wide measuring heads capable of measuring six cam lobes per cylinder with up to 32 measuring heads.
