Sharpe Mixers Stirs up Widespread Interest with Folding Impeller
Sharpe Mixers of Seattle, WA knows how to mix it up! Their partnership with Venmark International has generated widespread exposure for their folding impeller in publications and websites serving industries ranging from food to chemical, oil, gas & petrochemical, processing, and water & wastes. Our marketing objective was to generate activity from various market niches and so far we have been quite successful.
In addition to publicizing products that have been in demand recently, Sharpe Mixers has wisely used product publicity to resurrect product designs that haven’t been in the forefront for several years. These are great products they could sell if more people were aware they existed. Sharpe’s North American Sales Manager, Fred DeCicco understands that “a product doesn’t have to be new to be newsworthy” and that consistent exposure is really important.”
Like all engineering-oriented small companies who solve challenging problems for their customers, Sharpe Mixers could “advertise dozens of products and solutions if they had unlimited funds.” But, like all small companies, they have to get the most bang for the buck with regard to their marketing budget. That’s where Venmark International and our innovative product publicity programs, marketing expertise, and years of experience come in. Sharpe can afford to publicize products that they cannot, or choose not, to advertise.
According to Jay Dinnison, President/CEO of Sharpe Mixers, “We don’t do much advertising, mostly because we have not seen results from those avenues we have undertaken. But, the work Venmark International has done for us has created a lot of interest and we have seen sales that originated from these articles. Thank you Venmark!”
